The Jaguars will play the Atlanta Falcons next Saturday.。国家能源局综合司关于建立“一带一路”能源合作伙伴关系合作网络“人工智能+能源”工作组的通知各有关单位：　　“一带一路”能源合作伙伴关系合作网络是能源领域首个由中国发起成立的多边合作平台，也是中国在全球能源治理体系中发挥建设性作用的重要平台。为更好发挥“人工智能+能源”在“一带一路”能源合作中的重要作用，我局拟在“一带一路”能源合作伙伴关系框架下新成立“人工智能+能源”工作组，现将有关事项通知如下。　　一、基本情况　　2021年第二届“一带一路”能源部长会上，成立了“一带一路”能源合作伙伴关系合作网络，设立绿色能源、互联互通（电力）、油气、智慧能源（创新）、绿色金融、高校（青年）、国际传播等7个专业工作组，成员包括企业、行业协会、金融机构、科研院所（校）等80多家单位。自成立后，合作网络各工作组有效统筹各类资源、协同发力，深化国际交流与传播、推动能源项目落地、参与全球能源治理，为推进共建“一带一路”能源合作发挥了重要作用。为顺应全球能源技术变革趋势，回应成员国务实合作诉求，我局将发起成立“人工智能+能源”工作组，旨在通过开展智能能源技术联合研究、产业实践交流等，助力各成员国能源数字化转型，推动“一带一路”能源合作专业化、多元化发展。　　二、工作内容　　（一）政策交流。加强成员国在人工智能助力能源转型、绿色能源支撑算力可持续发展等领域的政策沟通与经验分享，研判技术趋势与治理议题，凝聚多边合作共识。　　（二）技术合作。聚焦新能源功率预测、电力系统优化运行、新型储能调控、多能协同优化等场景，以及绿色能源支撑算力基础设施建设等方向，推动联合研发、技术交流与示范合作。　　（三）标准协同。针对数字能源标准规范、技术认证、绿色算力评价、能源数据合作治理等前沿议题开展联合研究，推动能源与数字领域规则标准衔接协同。　　（四）能力建设。

B | 面向成员国开展专题培训、研讨交流与人才培养，提升各国能源数字化、智能化发展的技术能力与治理水平。

C | 　　三、工作机制　　（一）组成范围。工作组由国内外能源企业、行业协会、金融机构、科研院所、高校及相关国际组织等机构组成。　　（二）运行方式。工作组在“一带一路”能源合作伙伴关系框架下开展工作，需自行承担开展相关活动所产生的费用。

D | 　　（三）职责要求。工作组设1个组长单位，负责牵头制定工作组工作计划，组织成员单位共同实施工作计划，形成合作成果，并定期向我局报送工作计划、总结、重点工作进展等。各成员单位应积极配合组长单位做好相关工作，及时向组长单位报送合作需求和工作计划等。工作组在合作中遇到的重要问题，可提请我局根据实际情况协调推动解决。　　（四）评估推广。我局将定期评估工作组的工作情况，适时更新完善工作组成员单位。对于工作组提交的具有重要推广价值的优秀合作成果将结合“一带一路”能源部长会议、“一带一路”能源合作伙伴关系论坛等主场外交活动进行重点宣传和推介，其他优秀合作成果将通过“一带一路”能源合作网、相关能源传播媒体等进行展示。　　四、申报要求　　请有意向加入工作组的单位填写《“一带一路”能源合作伙伴关系“人工智能+能源”工作组意向表》，并于2026年8月31日前，将加盖单位公章的扫描件及可编辑电子版报送至国家能源局国际司（北京市西城区三里河路46号，邮编：100045）。
